Senior strategy. Trusted counsel. Hands-on building. Three pillars, three service lines, one operator with twenty years in the chair.
Most healthtech advisors are one of three things. Not here.
The Practice
01
Build the engine.
Strategy Engine
We don't deliver strategy decks that sit on shelves. We design and operationalize the GTM function — positioning, ICP, messaging, channels, KPIs — so theengine runs after we leave.
-
Market & competitive analysis
-
ICP and journey mapping
-
Messaging framework
-
Commercialization pathway
-
Website & campaign launch
-

02
Tell the story that sells.
Content Engine
Healthcare audiences are skeptical, regulated, and exhausted by generic narratives. We write the asset library that earns their attention — with healthcare
buyer fluency.
-
Sales decks & one-pagers
-
Website & campaign content
-

03
Be the trusted counsel.
Growth coaching
Some calls don't fill a deck. We are on-demand senior counsel for the bets that define growth — repositioning, navigating skeptical investors, choosing where to plant the flag.
-
Hourly or session-based support
-
Founder/CEO GTM coaching
-
Quick feedback on messaging
-

Strategic growth roadmap
WHO we serve
Three primary audiences. One shared need.
Senior, healthcare-native strategic counsel from someone who's actually built and shipped this work.
Venture funds & investors
Healthtech VCs and growth investors who want their portfolio companies professionalized — and a senior, healthcare-native operator they can deploy across the portfolio or to grow their fund's presence.
Healthtech startups
Pre-seed through Series B founders and companies building in AI, women's health, longevity, and chronic care who want senior-level counsel and operational experience.
Academic & nonprofit institutions
Academic programs, research centers, and nonprofit organizations that need innovative, senior-level digital strategy, brand, and audience growth expertise.

Latin — to look after. To tend. To heal a person.
The NAME
The choice is personal. As a high school senior, I had a near-death traumatic brain injury (TBI). After I was airlifted to shock trauma, the first phone call my parents received was that I probably would not make it. After several uncertain days, I woke up in the ICU and began an intense five-year journey of seeking healing — all while pursuing rigorous Biology studies at Georgetown.
Since then, I haven't stopped pursuing health and practicing gratitude for it.
And now, I'm grateful to help organizations that help heal others.
